I have installed several of Ron Davis's radiators and never had a problem with any. I would contact them for advice. If it is a simple tank crack get it welded locally. But I would still let them know of the problem.

      Mine too !!!

Mine is leaking at both top corners where the tubes enter the header panels. Once these tanks are final assembled, the only way to fix this type of leak I hear is Epoxy.(per Ron Davis too) You can't get a welder in between the tubes.

My radiator is between 5 and 6 years old, never autocrossed and only driven 2,000 miles per year highway. A real shame in my opinion figuring the amount paid for these things.

Anyone else having similar issues with this brand?

I've had 3 of their radiators so far and nothing but success. The only issue I have ever had is the long wait to get the product after ordering.

I had a Be-cool radiator that leaked in the same area after the warranty expired. Epoxy was the answer from everyone. Worked for a year and a half, then leaked around the epoxy. Changed out radiators.
