      Hiding Spark plug wires??

I have seen a few rods lately with the spark plug wire ran down the back of the distrubutor and under the headers with 90* plug boots for a real clean look...I really like the set up as it further cleans up the motor and looks flippin sweeetI bought the DEI sheathing for some new wires and just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions/tips on a super soild way to accomplish this set-up...or if this is not really suggested even with insulation/sheathing?....thanks guys

I always like to use the long MSD wires cut to length.

For dividers that aren't visable, I use the GM clip type that are found on trucks from about 1993-98.

I just find an open threaded hole in the block to secure them.

Thanks...those headers sure have a lot more clearane than my BBC/headman Long Tube/72 c-10...So what would be an acceptable distance from the headers concidering that I will be making the wires with DEI heat sheild sheathing???

I missed the big block part, let me check my files, I should have pics.

With the sheathing, I'd say a minimum of about 1/2" clearance.

That's the way wires were routed back in the '50's. Check out the brackets and grommets used on a '57 Chev (with V/8 of course)

A lot of 70's Corvettes too!
They even ran a couple of plug wires between the motor mounts and block!
