      Old Topic I'm sure

      I have a quick question here, probably been beat to death on this Fourm many times??
      Lowering front suspension on a 68 Camaro

      2" drop Springs ?
      2" Lower Spindels ?

      Rear 2" or 3" ?
      DSE or Hotchkis rear Spring kits or ?

      What works the best ?????????????????

      Welcome to the site. Please try using the search function in the suspension forum. Simple answer: lowered spindles suck, lowered leafs are okay.

      Welcome!

      Try to stay clear of lowering spindles as they are not ideal for the geometry.

      As for the rear, lower leafs are fine, even a 1" lowering block will be ok.

      The Alston G-bar gets talked about alot lately and is a great package IMHO. Can't beat that coilover setup for height adjustemts.
