Cobra t-56
I'm pretty shure that the 03-04 mustang cobras are equiped with t-56's that have a .80 5th and a .60 6th instead of the f-body/corvette t-56 which has a .75 5th and a .50 6th. Anyone know if this is a bolt-on affair I would asume it would be but just making shure. Was thinking about callling a local salvage yard and seeing if they would swap trannes with me. Not too stoked about droping out of the power band when i shift into sixth.
Also I think I read some where that the gto has similar gearing to the cobra tranny can anyone confirm this?
