Photoshop help Stripes

Well i need to figure out some stripes for my firebird. Feel free to throw some rims on it if you'd like to. Stripes need to be black flat gloss whatever cause i already know i want to black out the rear tail panel. I just thing having just the rear blacked out will look out of place so i'd like some type of other black accent stripe or something on the car. My bumbers are also going to be color matched if you can do that as well cause thats how they came and i don't have the money to buy new chrome ones.

If anyone can do this it would be much appreciated.
