PLease talk me down before I do something stupid...

So Im looking at my 1 1/8 Hell wig front swaybar and it works fine in stock form but my mind tells me that all Id have to do is cut the arms off it add a splined section to the ends Add arms and Id have a sweet looking Splined bar/Aluminum arms set up.....

Again IM just itching to cut and weld something..lol I have access to the tools to form splines..... Scary/

If you’re suggesting sending men with weapons of war to take my weapons of war, then I’m fairly certain that’s what’s called an act of war… and the definition of tyranny.which coincidentally is the reason for the second amendment to begin with!

3x, but i would try it with a junk yard bar for the same car first maybe even a couple of junk yard bars just to get it right..But your idea sound great, wish I had thought of it first

I'm gonna be negative on this one.
The front bar is highly loaded and the arms are short and curve out. So any aluminum arms are going to have to be bent the same. I don't see any gain here. Your front bar is already very stiff so I dont think you want to make it stiffer. Your tires are probably rubbing the bar where it bends towards the A arm now, so any arm splined onto the bar would be right in that area and you would have clearance issues.

I just don't see any gain except for bling factor.

If you want adjustability, I'd work on a rear bar.

I can do steel arms also. But I see your point although I have no clearance issue on/near my bars. Rear is in the works.

That means you tires aren't big enough!
