Which lowered leaf spring to use?

I'm planning on using 275/40-17" rear tires on my 1969 Camaro and want to buy a lower/stiffer leaf spring (without lowering blocks) to get around 25" wheel-well centerline to ground ride height. I know every car has variations but this is a fairly common tire size.

I'm sure some one here has already tried all the springs offered by Global West, Detroit Speed/Eaton & Hotchkis?? I know DS&E claims 2" or 3" drop and the others 1.25-1.5" drop BUT which is really the lowest??

I appreciate any input or photos of their rear set-up with a 275/40-17" tire.

      Thanks,
      Dave

I am running 275-40-18's on my 67 Camaro project with DSE 3" drop leafs. From the ground to the top of the wheel well is 27.5". The car currently does not have the interior or the gas tank in it so it should come down a bit when those things are back on. I know you were looking for something with 17's on it but I hope this helps anyway.

i'm also running a 275/40-18 with the 3" DSE leafs. mines a 69 camaro, here's a pic. still have to put the interior and gas tank and all back in, which may put it down just a little bit more...

and no the drum brakes are not staying, before anyone asks.
