Why does this oxygen sensor cost so much?

I was doing google searches trying to find prices of ecu's like a commander 950. I found this website http://www.mpsracing.com/products/Holley/FI03.asp I'm happy to see the commander 950 ecu is a little cheaper than I expected but look at the price of that oxygen sensor. I thought you could get wideband oxygen sensors for less than $100. How come this one cost over $400 ?

That is the NTK sensor. The Bosch LSU 4 sensors are much less expensive. Controllers are designed to use one or the other. In the case of the Holley controller it can use either the Bosch or the NTK. Same for the FJO controllers. Holley controller = FJO controller. The Holley wideband kit PN 534-197 includes the Bosch sensor, but it can also be configured to work with the NTK sensor.
