      Another motor head in California

Looks like a lot of knowledgeable people on here and I'm always looking for input from guys that have already done it. Got a few projects that I'm working on, the latest is stuffing a T56 trans in a 63 vette and upgrading the mustang 2 front end in my pro street healey. Other projects under tarps are a 68 charger waiting for a new 440 and my sons 59 El Camino with a warm 348, 3 duces etc. I hope you guys can help me with the T56 install

Welcome. I've done a Tremec 5 speed swap in a mid year and loved the results. about the only problem you may run into is tunnel clearence and driveshalf angle. I have a slight vibration at 70 mph, and I believe its because the angle between the output shaft and the rear yoke are off. If you visit the Corvette forum this is one of problems guys talk about.
      Good luck with your projects.
