A?C problems after rebuild

I rebuilt the 327 in my 67 camaro. Now my air/heat seem to be on but not blowing my air cools and my heat heats but you cant feel it what so ever, but i dont see my a/c clutch engaging either... any suggestions what so ever will help thanks.

Here are a couple suggestions
1) if the compressor is not kicking in, you probably are not getting 12 volts to it. Check your wiring.
2) you say it is heating but you can not feel it? I assume you mean the fan is not blowing, again sounds like it is not getting voltage.
3) if you check and find it is blowing but not out the correct vents(defrost-dash,a/c-face,heat-floor) you probably have a vacumn hose unconnected.

It sounds like a lack of 12volt power just reading this though. Not sure what r&r of engine would have to do with it unless you missed a wiring hook-up somewhere.
