18's for '68 stang

Havin a problem here finding wheels with proper offset (close to 0, since using spacers is illegal in Finland) for my '68 Mustang. Preferable sizes should be 18x8 in front, 18x9 in back. 5x4.5 is the pattern...
Style I'm looking for is polished/chrome lip with darker center (not totally black though). Budget would be around $1500 for the set without tires. Have to keep the shipping costs in mind...
