TwistMachine Pro Style shifter stick
Steevo from TwistMachine sent me a new TwistMachine ProStyle shifter stick to try.
He noticed , and I commented , that I was having trouble shifting my car at RTTH 3. (I couldn't seem to find 3rd gear.) Especially on the dragstrip.
For those of you that don't know me or my car, I have a '69 Camaro with a stock 350cui small-block and a Tremec TKO600 transmission. The transmission still has the stock Tremec shifter attached to it .
And I was using an old school chrome shifter stick that was about 4 inches too long.
So I figured a shorter shifter stick would help.
Steevo said I would make a good Guinea Pig for the new TwistMachine ProStyle shifter stick.
So he sent me one.
It is truly a work of art.
And appears to have ample adjustment.
Anyway, I will soon install and try the new shifter stick.
I currently have the engine and trans out of the car for updates and improvements.
I will keep y'all posted.
