sway bar/spring rates
I have a 72 cutlass with no rear sway bar and small front bar and i thought i seen where someone put a sway bar of a second gen trans am on thier a body is this a bolt in deal? Also there are numerous aftermarket bars out there how do i choose wich is best? Second question is how do i determine what spring rate to run front and back and can i find different rates in lowering springs.I dont want to buy a specific spring rate and then cut the coil to lower cuz that will change the rate correct?Do i need to scale the car to determine the correct rate?My car has a 455 olds but no ac.I dont want a real harsh ride but i want the car to be able to run through winding roads quickly also.Let me know what good or bad experiences you guys have had with specific combos so i dont have to buy numerous sets. Thanks for any help

Sorry, I don't have specific recommendations, but GM A bodies are second to none for their abundance. Browse the older posts on here, check out the PHR website and mag, and look at what some of the other A body owners are running.
