How did you guys work in the clear on the door jambs?

maybe they edged and cleard the jams and edges prior to laying on the rest of the color

You are correct. The jams were painted and cleared prior to masking. We'll blow them (and some other edges) in again prior to wet sanding the clear to bring them together and get rid of any possible seams.
