      Shop Addition

Ok, Finally got tired of not having enough space around my house so couple of friends and I spent 6 days so far doing a little addition. The main plans for this expansion include a body prep area so I can keep my main shop a little cleaner along with a full blown paint booth.

The current shop was 30X40 and this addition adds another 24X40 of much needed space.

Thought I would also include the 24X24 attached Garage I built this summer. You can never have too much garage.

Wish I had the space/skills/money to do something like that.

For the Shop addition I am at $10K to date. I still have about another $5K to $7K to complete which includes the lighting and exhaust fan/filters

      Breakdown
Slab $5K (High price due to amount of fill and concrete to match the existing shop elevation)
Lumber $2K (Including the custom trusses I had made)
      Metal PBR Roof $2.5K
      Misc Lowes/Home Depot stuff $600

Magic dust, Actually the attached garage on the house took about 2 months to complete.

I didn't have the luxury of time on the shop expansion as I had to get it dried in before I left the country.
