      leaf springs

Happy new year gentlemen. Time to finish my first gen.
I Had a question, I'm looking to buy some springs and am on a limited budget I like the hotchkis set up but saw afco leaf springs were pretty inexpensive. I wanted to know if any had any experience with these or heard any good or bad things about them.
      Thanks any info is appreciated.

Check on how much arch they have, the spring needs to sit with maybe an inch of arch when in the car with weight on it.

      leaf springs

Thanks for the info Dave. I know its an old post. But wanted to know what is the ideal spring leaf spring rate for my camaro. I am planning on driving it everyday and also have it be a good corner carver. My old leaf spring are mono and sagging so mesuring them wouldn't do me any good. The afco springs i'm looking at have a 6 3/8 in arch and a 205lbs/in spring rate and are multileafs. I want the rear have an 1 1/2 or 2 in drop.
      Any info would be great.
