QA1 Coil overs

Hi Guys,
do any of you know what the standard spring rate was on the QA1 coil over conversion kit sold by GW 3 to 4 years ago for BB first gen, I say 3 to 4 years ago because maybe they have changed to a different rate, I just cant get the front end down low enough to get the stance needed and was thinking of lighter springs, anyone here used a certain spring rate or can recomend the lightest practical rate FYI car has the 3" DSE drop leafs springs.
