9 inch info

I am re-posting here now that I have realized my error. I came into posession of a 9 inch rear from a 65 t-bird. I have been unsuccessful in deciphering the tag. It goes like this: WDE-B
3L00 5EC 406
Is there someone that knows? I get no response from the Ford sites I have asked questions to.

i can tell you it is a locker (trac lok or equa lok not sure which) with 3.00 gears.

Thanks for the reply, sure seems funny that no one seems to really know much about this diff. It is a 9 inch afterall. I was able to find out some more from a BCA bearing catalog that is several years old. It confirms your inf about the ratio and limited slip configuration. If any one else can shed some light on this I would really appreciate it.

Thanks for the info. I read this but the tag on my diff is not listed. Possible dealer replacement?
