      where to mount..

      oil pressure sending unit on a BBC. i have it down low on the block near the timing cover, close to where the p. steering pump should go but i think im gonna need to move it. thanks.

      depending on the gen of block you should have a plug right above the oil filter on the driver side to tap into...

      yes, i have that plug but was worried about header clearance because the electrical Sending unit is rather large. i guess its worth a shot though. thanks.

      A brass 45 or 90 degree fitting may be the ticket. The factory used a 45.
