      Project palnning

Hey guys what kind of things do you guys take in consideration when planning a project. Well I did alot of surfing to find people who have done the same thing I want to do. I went over the car to see what I want to change and where I wanted to take the car. Then I started ordering parts.. Well I can not seem to just make one order and that be it.... Let just look at the sheet metal I have ordered sheet metal three different time each time I had too pay the truck shipping fee pain in the A$$... Each time I tohught I had it all covered but started grinding and rust or bodyfiller. The motor is part after part. Do you guys work on one part of the car till you hit a stopping point then move to something else until the part comes or do you just focus on that one area till its done.

      Planning

There will always be small parts that will hold you up. Try working on the car by system. Suspension, brake, motor, fuel ect. A dry erase board in your garage can help you schedule what you will work on as well as to look forward to see what part or task will hold you up. Always have a backup task because somthing is bound to hold you up at some point If you want to go overboard, try microsoft project. Either of these will help you finish on time and under budget (if there is a such thing with car projects)
