      Intercooler prices

I'm thinking about adding an intercooler to my Procharger P-1SC setup. I don't really need one as I am using a carbeurator, but my zero hood clearance may force me to run the tubing down thru the rad support.

Seems that prices from Procharger and others start about $1000.00 and go straight up from there. I was looking at tubing on E-Bay and found a bunch of vendors selling intercoolers for less than $200.00. I even found some under $100.00. These vendors seem to have good feedback ratings and have been selling this stuff for years.

Here is a picture of one and a short description. Price seems too low to me. Any thoughts?

I have a Griffin and the core cost me around $270 and we made the tanks. I love it! It was made to the size that I wanted also.

have one just like it... great intercooler. except if you have space constraints and want every last degree out, then you are better off with a ron davis, or some other custom fit high dollar piece... but it is prety good quality and sturdy construction...
