      Resurfacing Wilwood Rotors

      How much can you remove from wilwood rotors before they reach end of life. What tolorance does the 0.810" rotor have. Or anywhere i can get the info because wilwood phones are only open till 5 pm.

      I would call Wilwood first. Their is a good chance they are not if they are cross drilled and coated.

      if their drilled or slotted you cant turn them. If you do the bit on the lathe will cause extremely tiny hiarline cracks in and around the holes and slots which will get a lot bigger once the rotors heat up again during braking. Not exactly safe

      No they are solid. Had Les Schwab turn one and it came out worse than when i took it in. Ill be purchasing new ones now.....
