Hey Protour your car looks awesome. In your intro post you said you had plans to put a Jon Barrett engine in your ride. Is that what you ended up with? If so, did you have any problems?

Buzz0.........I friend of mine told me enough about Jon Barrett that made me decide NOT to go that route. I ended up ordering a modified ZZ4 from Gilbert Chevrolet (formerly Sallee Chevrolet) http://gilbertautoparts.com/ChevySma...kV8s/PUZZ4.cfm

      Option 6 (395 HP): SUPER H.O.T. ZZ-4
      H.O.T. Roller Camshaft, 1.6:1 Roller Rockers, 395 HP @ 5,800 RPM / 415 Ft. Lbs. @ 4,300 RPM.
I added an Edelbrock RPM Air Gap intake to it, and Jet-Hot coated Hooker Super Comp headers.

Should be lighting the candle for the first time, in another couple weeks!!

I wish your friend would have talked to me too. I just spent 7 weeks waiting for them to build me an engine that they said would take 4 weeks to build. Wrecked the 08 Power Tour for me. I just didn't know if my situation was a freak deal or there were more people out ther like me.
