      Another new guy!

      Hey guys,
Just wanted to say hey. My first post on here. This sight is awesome. I am in the build stage of a 1985 El Camino SS. So far, it's bare metal, and getting body work done. I have Global West suspension on order, (upper and lower control arms, also upper and lower for the rear). I can't wait to get it on the road. Anyway, I'm from the South/East Texas area around Beaumont. Anyone from around this area?

Welcome Gary. Great to have another G-body member. Plenty of us around, feel free to ask away if you need help. Some of us (me) have spent way too much on a G-body...hehe... and maybe you can learn from our mistakes and save some of your money. However, be warned now, saving money is not going to happen if you spend too much time here, we are more than glad to help you spend some though...hehe

Thanks for the welcome. As far as spending money? Well, ask my wife! She's not happy about all the suspension I just bought! I think I'll jump over to the tech forums and see how I can spend some more money.
