Alpine makes a really nice one. I think Sony has one as well.

every company that makes stereos makes one of these. and they all make CD changers too. unless you already have the changer you can go any which way you like.

so your just wanting a monitor in the dash that controls your radio?

are you wanting a single din type unit or double or just a monitor kinda stuck up there and thats it (guess that would be a drive soft pc style system)

if your gonna rin a din or double din unit why would you want your radio mounted seperate when you could get a screen that is pretty much a dvd player and radio too but is the same size as a din flip out monitor or dd touch screen

Not enough space at the back of hole in the center dash to fit a unit , also it angels the wrong way slopping in as the dash goes down , will post some pic's to show what i'm up against

If you want a really slick system install a whole mini-pc into your car.

Integrate the touch screen into your dash. You can convert every CD you own into MP3 files and store copies of evey song in your car.

Then you can also use the PC for relly cool stuff like datalogging, programing EFI systems, I have even seen virtual gauges on the screen.

I have not done this but I have seen soem cars done this way an its awesome.

A common touch screen monitor is the lilliput

Here is a screen shot of Mobil Impact sterio interface.

A more popular interface is called RoadRunner

      Final install into a 3000GT

The CD player is hidden in the center consol

Here is a great thread on the 3000GT Stealth forum showing the install
