      IROC cars

The 2007 IROC series was cancelled due to lack of sponsorship. There were rumors the cars might be sold so I inquired and this is the response I recieved.

Thanks for your inquiry about the IROC fleet.

All IROC race cars are in immaculate condition and race ready. They come complete with
engine and transmission. Each car comes with a detailed history and original log books.
You will know who drove the car and where as well as lap times and other data. Jay Signore
will be available for an initial consultation to talk set up and fabrication if you wish
      to race your IROC car.

The current configuration of the cars is for oval racing but can easily be converted to a
road course set up. You can see what is on each car by going to the IROCracing.com Garage
      page: http://irocracing.com/current_season/garage.html

On that page is the links to the specific cars available and their histories. If you are
interested in one or more please contact me at the info below.

All cars are painted white but can be decaled in the Crown Royal livery with your choice
of IROC driver. If you want a True Value scheme we will provide you with paint codes and
access to our decal cutter but the expense is yours.

Delivery is F.O.B. Tinton Falls N.J. at your expense.

Currently, we have 10 race cars and 2 two-seater cars available. Prices range from $70,000
ea to $100k ea depending on provenance plus applicable sales tax. If you are a car dealer
the sales tax can be waived.

There is only one car left that was driven by Dale Earnhardt Sr. He drove this racing
piece of history three times. It was also driven four times by Mark Martin, Sebastien
Bourdais won at Texas in this car and it was also driven by Matt Kenseth, Danny Lasoski
and Alex Zanardi to name just a few. All together 39 racing champions drove this car in
IROC competition. The special price on this one of a kind race car is $150,000 plus
      applicable sales tax.

Discount can be negotiated for the purchase of 4 or more cars.

If you purchase the remaining fleet we will provide tools and patterns to make the custom
      components on each car.

If you would like to talk I am available at: 678.795.9006.

      Best,

They'd make a great track car! And a good story to go with them as they gain value over the years. I couldn't afford one though even if my house hadn't been robbed and flooded this month ! Maybe someone here will pick one up.
