What companies besides Bosch make a virtual dash?

I want one of those virtual dash lcd displays which show speed, maybe rpm and can go to a gps map that shows you where to go. I know bosch makes it but last I checked it was still expensive. Who else makes it?

How about Racepak? They had a killer new unit at SEMA.

I did one of the Pioneer units on my 65 Chevelle. Very high gee whiz factor. Would I do it again? NOPE. Pain in the ass due to the fact that it only works with a limited amount of displays. The one I used was a Pioneer AVD-W6210 and I had a hard time finding an affordable one. I had to use this one since I don't have fuel injection. If I had an OBDII FI setup, there are multiple options for displays like the DashDAQ. http://www.dashdaq.com/ Hope this helps answer your questions. Thanks.

Cap, it's off topic here, but I've got to know more about your 65. Would you post up a thread in the Welcome or Project Updates forums with many many pics and details?

What unit are you using? That's definitely a slick setup. I'm contemplating doing that now.

AVG-VDP1 is the Pioneer part number. It will only work with certain headunits and only one standalone touchscreen. Everytime it powers up you gotta go thru a disclaimer screen. PITA.
