ok, after lots of searching, posts, and measuring on the car i have decided on the rims. i just would like other opinion and comments.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...link:middle:us
front 18*8.5 13et 5.30"backspace with 275tire
rear is 18*9.5 15et 5.8" back space 295tire
front chassis is stock UCA,LCA with qa1 coil overs, ls1 brakes
rear is stock springs, IAS shock(red), lt1 caliper with LS1 12" rotor rear brakes
this is on a 1970 z28.
does anybody see anything wrong with this? or problem areas. any comments would be peace of mind.

Nice looking wheels. I'd like to see pics once you mount them...

from my calculations they the back spacings you got are wrong.
i got basically 5" front might work they might stick out a lil. but the rears i got a little over 5.30" in ther rear.the rears will be very close to the outter fender esp if your low....

09-13-2007 #4how did you get this.....i went by this chart. https://www.rsracing.com/tech-wheel.html
does anybody run a 8.5 and 9.5 combo on the early 2nd gen camaro?what is the backspace?
09-13-2007 #5i did the math. say the wheel is 9.5 inches wide. 0 offset would be 4.75 bs. roughly 1"=26mm so 15mm is like 1/2 inch . 4.75" + 1/2" is 5.25.
