Sweet. Didn't know you were working on this thing...

In post #2, you mentioned "SPC" - what is that?

Are you looking at the tall lower ball joints?

And it sounds like you and I have similar "goals" for our trucks. I'm looking forward to following in your footsteps!!

I have been working on it when i get a few mins,

I will be doing the SC&C upper arms and tall ball joints, But they aint cheap, but it all pays off in the long run(when you drive it hard)

My goals are kinda small, if i had hugh goals i would build a complete chassis.

      Small update

      I got the GTO Spare,

Mocked up the front brackets with the spindles and calipers, and they fit great, and look sweet.

I thought about going to the C6 Z51 brakes, but i cant fit the GTO spare over them.

I havent really got my time to work on the project, i have been busy working on customers cars and projects.

I think i have finally decided on a rear suspension set up. I have a spare frame that im going to mock it up and see if its really what i want.

Looks good. I am going to be doing the same brake conversion on my 1987 Monte Carlo SS. Where did you take the rotors to ge tturned down to hub size? I have the rotors ready to go, just am not really sure where the best place would be to get it done.

Well i guess its time to do a update.

I got everything for the front suspension painted.

      Tall balljoint pressed in.

My brother asked me if he could do something to my rotors, i said sure why not. Well he dimpled them. He did a good job, they look so much better then a simple rotor.

And i have picked the wheels and I will just say that I went with a Jason Rushforth wheel.

Thats some paint that was on the rotors, and when we had tape on them to mark the dimples out it pulled it off, i guess i have to repaint them.

On the wheels, just wait buddy
