Head unit mounting bracket for 70 Firebird?
I'm to the point in my build where I can start thinking about tunes. I've been looking at the Nakamichi and Alpine CD receivers and want to use the stock dash tuner location. Is there an adapter to fit? I assume that I have to enlarge the opening (the volume and tuning knob shafts came thru the dash) and would like to find a drop in adapter but could open up the stock faceplate some.
I'm sure many of you have done this type of addition and would appreciate advice.

You gotta cut the dash. I had to do the same thing in my 80 T/A.
Nordschleife, there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right
