New to Pro-Touring.com
Hi all, I am from Ms. and have owned a 80' Malibu since my Aunt left it to me in her will over 15 years ago. Her wish was that if she gave it to me that I would never sell it (which is fine with me). The car is 02 Silverado Black with pearl blue Ghost flames barely visible. Underhood is a 010 350 Blockbored .030 4 bolt main with a Scat 3.75 stroke crank, Eagle 5.7 rods, Speed Pro Powerforged 10.75.1 pistons, Canfield 195cc heads pocket ported and CNC Combustion chambers with 2.05 Intakes, 6pj Doug Herbert Hyd roller cam with .500/.500 lift and 218/224 duration @ .050. Crosswind intake manifold and plastic 1" spacer with a 4779 750cfm Holley. The car still has a 7.5 rearend with a mini spool and 4.56 gears that I have broken many times. The 4.56 is from the 358 sbc that was in the car prior to the 383. I plan to update to a Grand National rearend very soon. I use to drag race alot but now have put 16" G/N wheels all around and planning to update sway bars and shocks for "Pro Touring" if you will. I just call it a good street car. I look forward to chatting with you guys in the future and finding new contacts.
