Spal Controler Issue, All 3 Lights Flash

I programmed my controler to turn on at 170 and full power at 195. Shut it down, let it cool, hooked the fans up and restarted to test. Temp went up to 190 and the fans never turned on. All three lights flash at the same time, rather slowly. I have the AC wire hooked up to a manual switch, and when I give it power they both turn on just fine.

I don't see anywhere in the instrucitons what 3 flashing lights means..?

Nick, the 3 flashing lights mean that the setpoints are too close together. Try knocking the low point back about 10 degrees & see if that works.
