Can you help me?

For two years now the instant email notification has never worked for me. I have the box checked in my user cp, however it wont notify me. So, I often lose touch with threads that I am interested in.

Dumb question I know, but working in IT support sometimes it is the simple things that are overlooked. Is your email address set correctly?

I left that job about two years ago, I guess thats why I havent received any notification for about two years.
