I'm so stupid!
Ok, I know I've promised some pics of my '71 Camaro project and they're coming...I promise, but I think I've lost my mind! I, just for kicks, bid on one of those e-bay twin turbo systems and won! Well I pay-pal'd the money over and got my fed-ex tracking number, so we'll see. I guess I'm gonna be the guniea pig to see if these systems really work. I'll keep you updated.
P.S.
I did get it for a really good price, so I guess in the grand scheme of things it's not too bad. I've wasted more money on bigger crap before!

Check the welding on the headers. Check the bearings on the turbo. May be a better idea to re sell it on if it's one of the real cheap port knock off copies and save your engine from eating the turbo's down the line.

Yeah, I kinda figured it might be a problem! Although there's a couple of people on other boards running them that have had some luck so far. I guess we'll wait and see!

If you can get 10K miles out of the turbos and rest of kit, it will probably be worth the price. Best of luck, and please let us know how it goes.

I guess for the price of admission, if I get that long, I can't complain! I'll keep you updated. Fed-Ex is showing a scheduled ship date of 08/10, but it's gonna end up being a winter project.
