      g-body drop spindles

I read on this forum the warning about drop spindles on camaro , the a-arm can touch the wheel .
on a 81 monte-carlo , can I have the same problem ? if I can have the same problem , what wheel dimention and offset I can installed and what I don 't can ?

Yes you can have that on a G-Body. If you run a big inch wheel you should not have a problem (17-20). The steering arm is even closer though.

The basic answer is to just stay away from traditional drop spindles altogether. They cause a number of problems and can hinder rather than help performance. The only exception is a non traditional drop spindle like the AFX aluminum spindles which have a much more modest 7/8" drop. Mark SC&C
