Do you guys think this rust removal technique will work?

I have a lot of rust inside my frame, door sills and rocker panels. I believe I read on the evapo-rust website that if something is too big to dip into evapo-rust you can just keep a wet rag of evapo-rust on it. So I was thinking about stuffing everything that has rust in it with rags and having a funnel to pour evapo-rust into once in a while. I know it certainly wont work overnight but could it work in a few months? Could driving the car like that make it work even better because it shakes it up?
