Vinyl Factory Stripes in Custom Colors?

Does anyone know where I could find a company that will cut factory stripes on any color vinyl? I want to use 70-73 Z-28 stripes on my car, but would like to have the stripes match the center of my wheels. I know I could paint them on, but my car is not a show piece and I don't want to deal with coat after coat of layering clear to make the edges disappear.

april 07 phr did an article on stripes for their new chevelle in a gunmetal color if i can find it ill post up the contact info

they use a company called;

but after further reading it looks like they used an on hand color that was close to the wheels, but they say that the vinyl comes in 80 different colors

the type is
calon series 2100 automotive vinyl, graphite p/n is 21000-080
