Ford 5R55 limits
Does anyone know the torque and horsepower limits of the 5R55N/S/W?

My quickie google searches have turned up 550 FtLbs. Don't know if that's right though.

That number sounds right for the "55" part of the designation, but it sure sounds like a lot. If it's true, that'll make a cool tranny.

I hope so....but it does sound a little coincidental. Do you guys have converters for the 5R55 series?
