      test fitting the big block

      Even though it is no longer a pt car, I thought I'd do a little update.


      I am amazed how well the motor went in. Exp. after reading the boards.

      The tall vc even clear the pwer booster. I had to take the front cover off the wiper motor, but I think I can make it fit.



      Plenty of room for the dist. Almost can fit a stock hood,


      Good thing I removed the heat ac





      Pan just touches the dr on the pass side. I have steel motor mounts I plan on using, hopefully that will fix it

      I'm guessing... 82-92 camaro (looks like shock tower caps ive seen before)

      Pretty snug huh! Hooker makes headers for these too dont they? I always thought those cars would be cool with a big block only thing is the weak rearend and tranny, once thats taken care of you should be good to go. Keep us posted
