      Custom Power rack

Hello, i have been reading on here for a while. But now i have a problem and figured i would ask.

Were building a 1949 F-100, putting a Mustang II set up on it.
Made our own crossmember2"narrower then stock, stock legth arms, now we need a rack, i have been talking to steve at Unistree but we really want power, and they can only do us manual.

I got thinking i was wondering if anyone runs a circle track set up on the street.

I have also thought about full hyrdo set up from PSC.

If anyone know something or can point me to someone that would be great.

Here are a few pics of the truck.

      Thats a 255 set up for a 20x8 at 5" ride height

Small brakes, looking at upgrading those.

What is Steves reason for only being able to build a manual unit?

Have a look at Tony Woodward ( http://www.woodwardsteering.com ). He makes custom racks for a whole bunch of motorsports. I'm using one on II Much.

I beleive you Are mistaken. The Camaro rack Chevelle rack and many other custom racks are cut down power units.

I have talked to flaming river and unistreer and they tell me that they Cant and will not make me a custom rack.

I called Fat Man fab and asked them what they use on there 2" narrowed crossmember, he told me a custom rack, so i bought one from them, got it and its a stock rack with some mickey mouse bracket, thats going to throw my bumpsteer off the chart. Called them up and talked to the guy and he said thats how they do there steering, I said WOW, thats crazy. So now i have to get that sent back cause that guy sold me the wrong part.

So who make a custom power rack for a mustang II ?

Talked to them on friday and they dont do mustang II stuff.

      But thanks

Looks like cicle truck set up is the best deal right now.

      I need a rack with overall 47" Ballcenter to ballcenter 19 1/4", and inner tie rod's 12.8125"

But if i go with a sweet manufacturing setup i just need the ballcenter 19 1/4" .
