      power seats

I'm looking for some power seats...BUT...

I'm going to be puting a roll cage in my 67 camaro, and will have 4 point / 5 point harnesses, so there has to be an allowance for the seat belts to feed over the shoulder...

I like the seats that you see everywhere that are designed for this, but I really want to get some POWER seats.

      Any suggestions?

I'm not sure about any power-adjustable racing style seats available like you are talking about. The seats with the 5 point mounting holes are always manual.

You might want to consider a seat with an adjustable or removable headrest (like a 4th gen Trans-am seat) so you can route the harnesses under the headrest. I think it is safe doing it this way, but I'm no expert in this department.

This is a pic from the DSE catalog, and as a matter of fact, those are the same seats I have in my '67 (although mine are leather). Most comfortable seat I've ever had, but they will cost you

BTW, my seats have power height/tilt & backrest angle adjustments but have manual seat track adjustment (for forward/back movement)

      Hope this helps,

      Andy

He was looking for something that would accept 5 points. I'm not sure how the Vette seats would work with the harnesses.
