I am installing a 2002 LS1 in my 80 BU ill post pics in project thtead soon, and ive bought a dash from a C5 corvette thinking that there must be a way of making it work.. but i dont have the underdash wiring for the corvette so i need either a schematic.. or a phonenumber to somone who could make me a dash-to engine (and warning lights) harness...

There was a guy that made it work over at ls1tech.com in the conversions section. May want to ask over there.

I looked into it and you need a Corvette PCM, BCM and Instrument cluster to make it work.

do not lay the gauges face down. Make sure you store the gauges straight up and down like they would be in the car.

As for the wiring, let me know and I can see what I can do about getting you a copy out of the C5 books. I have a number of the years. Problem is I have no scanner so it would be old school xerox and snail mail. The C5 gauges are very sophisticated and like mentioned you'll need the BCM as well.
