      Which Master Cylinder?

How can I determine which Master Cylinder to run. Here's my setup:
C5 Fronts with Wilwood Dynalite 4 piston Rears on in the 68 Camaro. It's a manual brake system and may become a hydraboost next year. I was wanting to run the wilwood dual resevoir aluminum master cylinder. Should I be looking at a 1" or 1.125" or something all together different.
How is the piston sizedetermined? It seems to be a frequent question asked around here and I like to understand how the master cylinder piston size should be determined other than by trial and error.
      TIA.

The smaller diameter will build preasure faster .
See drum brakes run by volume and disc run by preasure.
disc run only a few thousands of clearance where as drum can have to take up .020, .030, or even more so you have to move LOTS of volume.
I also prefer to run 3/16 steel line all the way round too.
anyway good luck and ask lots of questions.
On manual I would run the 1.00" .

Thanks, I think I'm so clueless at this point I don't even know what questions to ask... pressure v. volume makes sense, how do you determine what the pressure requirements of a system is?
On a hydraboost system would you look run the 1.25? Why the difference?
