      Two options

      2 Paint the fenderwells black

Did it to my '66 while the motor was out, been glad that valve guide broke and gave me the chance ever since. Partial pic in my gallery. Do it now, bodycolor.

If it is something you want to do, do it now or it will nag you until you tear the car down again.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?
