      front end clunk

im having a clunk in the pass. side front when i take a left hand turn. the clunk is consistent with the wheel rotating. im going to tear it apart tonight if i get time but was looking for hints on what to look for so i can hopefully drive it this weekend. its a 67 camaro with a bbc by the way.

Idler arm, loose or worn ball joint or tie rod. Those are the first things I would look at as well as ensuring the UCA bolts are tight.

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

Wheel bearing not properly preloaded, or possibly failing?

when i got under it in the rear i found a loose traction bar, tightened it up and it seems to have taken care of the problem.

I actually had that problem. I usually tighten the lugs as much as I can, but I figured I'd look up the torque in my Haynes manual. I think it said like 70 ft lbs so I did that, and somehow they still broke loose. Of course I didn't know what the noise was, and by the time I found out, one of the lugs had been broken off.

Mine are loose in the rotor, so instead of buying new rotors I going to do a C4 brake upgrade and I have a Baer rear kit coming, brakes done!
