      Best wheel value hands down.

      what are the best wheels for the money. i cant spend more the 1500. even thats way more then i wanna spend. but whats good, good looking and cheap? ill need 17 by 8's and 17 by 11's.

      My wheels are American Racing Hopsters 17 x 11 with a custom ordered ofset chrome centers and polished hoops $640.00 pr for the rears delivered and 17 x 8 up front $600.00 a pr ....

      The new American Torq-Lites are a steal over at www.driverzinc.com but I don't think you can get them as wide as 11"

      But keep in mind when you're ordering 17s, that's what came on Corvettes in the late 80s when 17" was considered big but now Mini Coopers come with them and the only slightly bigger Pontiac Solstice comes with 18s and most upper end mid-size sportscars the size of a Camaro or Mustang come with 19s.

      ehh i just saw that the smallest size is 17x9.5.. youd have to get a new front subframe unless someone here has some ideas.

      Id say the new torq lites in 18x7 on Ebay for $600-700 then have Weldcraft widen the back 2. Add $300. Still close to $1000 for the set.
