I made these at work, p.i.t.a. I still have black out the backing plates and brush them.



I bent up a 1/2" aluminum one piece line from the tank to the firewall. And used -6 & -8 braided hose for the rest. I used adapters for the -8 to the vette FFR and stock fuel rail, this way in the future when I upgrade ( more HP ) the lines are ready.









Here are a couple of pics of the wiper switch mod. I needed a switch with the correct resistors that would mount to my custom intrument panel. I took a stock switch that mounts at the base of the turn signal arm and this is what I came up with.

what type of aluminum fuel line did you use? The stuff from jegs and summit isn't rated for EFI.
Just looking out for ya man!

Figures, I bought it from summit. I'm surprised that it will not hold 60 psi, pvc is rated at something like 300 psi. Is there a aluminum line that will work or is stainless or steel the only proper line in this application?

I remember this because I was looking to buy this tubing to bend up a crossover from fuel rail to fuel rail.
On Jegs site it says that the tubing, whatever diameter, .035inch wall thickness is not rated for anything over 25psi.
It does not say that on Summots site, but has the same specs.
I would call them and ask, you might need to go to stainless or maybe just a thicker wall to handle the high pressures of EFI.
