      Ron Davis or U.S. Radiator?

I need a new radiator for my Challenger with a 505 stroker.
Which one would be better for a street car?
I heard that the Ron Davis aluminum radiators are high quality and they have a built in oil cooler as an option. I want a rad that bolts in and a stock shroud will bolt on.
Also heard good things about US Radiators. They have a 4 row radiator stock replacement for about $400.00.

I know some people dont like aluminum rads...why?

I love my Ron Davis setup. High quality. Great service. I dropped a bumper on it on it once during mockup, and they fixed it up for me for a small charge.

Talk to Tim Crosby over there.

Ron Davis....I am really happy with mine, and it keeps my car at 180 deg on a 110 deg. day here in AZ.

HMM seems everyone can afford aluminum rads. Wish i could.
I just get my radiator properly set up and when the Monza goes together I intend to use Evans Cooling NPG-R.
It has a boiling point of 375 and thats with no pressure. It has no water init and somthing like a 70 below zero freeze point.
The product is a heck of a lot cheapoer than some of the aluminum rads I have been pricing.
Oh well to each thier own,, guess thats why my cars gonna be call Cheap Trick Monza,,, as its gonna be on the cheap.

Definetly Ron Davis, US is a decent rad, but there Tank welds are like bubble gum.

      Ron Davis............Hands down

Ron Davis . Very HIGH quality. The welds look like a roll of dimes.Cooling will not be a problem. Install lined up with existing holes on the core support. The radiator, overflow, shroud and fans combine to create a work of art under the hood. Worth the price.

I installed my new Ron Davis rad this weekend and it works and looks as advertised. I do have one question....what is everyone using for a petcock?
I can't find anything locally that would be compatible with the aluminum. I am using an aluminum pipe plug for the time being.
