      Hi everyone..

Hello to all of you Pro-Touring experts..
My name is Tony.. (a.k.a. Ghostbuster)
I've owned my '68 Camaro Convertible for almost 3 years now.
Its been on/off the rotisserie, new full frame, new sheet metal, 383/700R4, disk brakes, new everything..
I drove it for the first time last month, and it goes to paint next weekend, Z1.

I'm a remote computer geek, married, no kids, love to play in the garage.
      first 20-years in Minnesota
      last 24-years in Colorado

The first-gen guys over at Team Camaro have been very helpful.
I've used the term "Clone" or "Tribute" over at Team Camaro/ColoradoMuscle,
and several members suggested I spend some time with the Pro-Touring experts.

..so here I am, hoping you'll rub-off on me.
I hope I can contribute as much as I'll learn, from this forum of PT experts.

Very nice project! Did you do all that metal work yourself?

      Welcome Tony,
I'm pretty new here myself but the guys are pretty helpful. If I ever get my car back together maybe I'll see you at some cruises; I live just west of Buckley AFB.

      Thanks everyone..
Pro-Touring.com is a great site, I've gotten lots of good info just searching old threads.

My '68 has been a fun project.
Yes, I did everything myself, in my spare time, in my little suburban garage.
Lots of measuring, clamping, measuring, screwing, measuring, welding and then re-measuring just for the good feeling.
She was originally a Z1 car, (British Racing Green /Parchment).
I'm sticking with that theme, dark green w/white interior, white top and white Z/28 stripes.
I hope she looks something like this well known '68'vert below.

The drivetrain, suspension, steering, brakes, gauges, sound-proofing, electric windows and stereo system have all been upgraded.
I had to replace 85% of the car, and no one will mistake my seam welds for factory tac welds.
I do have tons of pictures, and am trying to update my new website.
I've attached a few pics squaring up my frame, before adding the floor.

Matt - I live on the south-west side of town, near Fat-City.
I should have my paint and interior done before the Clement Park show this September.
      Hope to see you there!
