      Regal T renderings...

I'll be the first to say these aren't super realistic, unless I plan on bagging it (which I don't), but I was messing around on Photoshop and came up with some general ideas of what I'd like to do. This is still a LONG way away for me, but I needed a little motivation after the last couple weeks of costly setbacks. Comments, critiques, and complaints welcome.

My fave so far is the Midnight Blue w/ gold spoked rims.

      Nice!

How about silver body with black wheels to match the black bumpers?

Silver or black on the car, black on the rims either way!

Here's my gripe with a silver or black car with black rims and a polished lip. It looks great, but it's EVERYWHERE!!

95% of turbo Regals I see are black (every GN and WE4 by default, and lots of people who paint T-Types black apparently thinking GN's are rarer or faster), or white, or grey. The same thing with the black rims with a polished lip. Everyone's either got GNX knockoff rims, or the same theme in a larger size. Nevermind turbo Regals, the "black wheel w/ polished lip" has become the new Torq Thrust D.

      I rest my case: https://www.pro-touring.com/forum/sh...7&postcount=78

It's the same deal with silver paint. Don't even think about PT cars or hot rods for a second. Drive down the street and look at all the new cars out there. Silver is like the default paint scheme nowadays. I don't want to blend in.
